By accessing and using LatinHub.TV, Bodegas.TV, or any of our Connected TV channels distributed on platforms including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels, and similar services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LatinHub.TV is a digital news platform that provides:

• Agentic news content aggregated, curated, and edited by our AI-powered systems
• Reporter-submitted news from verified content creators
• Video streaming of news content in English and Spanish
• News distribution across social media platforms

3. User Conduct

When using LatinHub.TV, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without authorization

4. Content and Intellectual Property

5. Reporter/Creator Terms

If you are a registered reporter or content creator on LatinHub.TV:

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submitted content
• All submissions are subject to editorial review and approval
• You grant LatinHub TV the right to edit, publish, and distribute your content
• You retain ownership of your original content
• You must not submit content that infringes on third-party rights

6. Connected TV and Streaming Devices

LatinHub TV and Bodegas.TV distribute content through Connected TV (CTV) platforms including but not limited to Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels, and Smart TVs. Use of our channels on these platforms is subject to both these Terms and the platform provider's own terms of service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content on Bodegas.TV and related channels for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes only. You may not:

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features, including any digital rights management (DRM)
• Rebroadcast, redistribute, or publicly perform the content
• Extract or download content for offline use outside the platform's built-in features
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to access the service
• Reverse-engineer the client applications distributed on these platforms

7. Advertising

LatinHub.TV and Bodegas.TV may display advertisements within our streaming services, Connected TV channels, and website. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and regulations. LatinHub TV reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement at its discretion. Ad measurement and delivery may involve device identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LatinHub.TV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the news content provided. Users should verify information from multiple sources before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

LatinHub TV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any content obtained through our platform.
